Grosvenor Park
— Grosvenor Park condos for sale and rent
Grosvenor Park is a gem of a community, perfectly located in Montgomery County Maryland on the border of Bethesda and Rockville. The community is made up of 186 townhomes, 214 garden-style condominiums and 4 high-rise condominiums. All three types of homes are offered as condo ownership. The 55 acre community has a direct underground pathway to the Grosvenor METRO Station and the Strathmore Art Center. Residents don’t need to cross over busy Route 355 (Rockville Pike).
Built in the mid 1960’s the high rise condominiums have about 400 units in each building on 16 floors. Each building has 200 plus underground parking spaces and 200 plus outdoor parking spaces. The buildings sit right in the middle of everything, with olympic-sized pools, tennis/basketball courts, lakes and park setting, picnic areas, tot lots and walking, jogging and biking paths.
