The price point for for Detached homes vary from the low 500k range to low 600k… depending on bedroom, bathrooms, and square footage. Furthermore, townhouse prices vary from high $350k to $440k and square footage varying from 1500 sq ft to 2700 sq ft for the luxury models. It looks like a traditional Townhome from the outside. Inside, it’s a 2-floor condo. This layout has gained popularity in our area. The floorplans are more open. With a condo fee also comes more common-area coverage, and insurance coverage. Thus, your home insurance will most likely be lower than that of the true Townhomes.

The Hidden Creek Neighborhood, offers a trendy lifestyle, convenience, and comfort. Close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at RIO Washingtonian Center, Kentlands and Downtown Crown, you don’t have to go out of your way to enjoy everything the area has to offer. My favorite place to visit during hot summer days is definitely 7-11 convenient store around the corner. Nothing like a blue raspberry Slushy or Big Gulp to cool you off.
Where is the ‘Hidden Creek’?
I don’t know, but you will certainly enjoy exploring the walking trail and trees with benches along the way.. If you have a dog, there is Dog Waste station so make sure to clean up after or else there will be $100 fine.
