They claim "start your free foreclosure search now"
..so i clicked Maryland, then Montgomery County, then all the towns, and guess what??
Shocker, "You MUST be pre-qualified before buying a Government Foreclosure." and they require you to give all of your contact information.  
Seems like every freakin' site wants your info so they can sell you something OR they charge a nominal monthly fee to use this "service".  Thank you for making it easy to find listings on your site!</description>

		<description>I heard a commercial on the radio this morning to call 800-700-9346 for a list of these properties.  I wonder what the catch is.  I can get all the listings here..  so i'm confused why some companies charge you for this information.</description>
